Minnamurra Lions have been busy in the community in recent weeks. Veteran Kevin Dawson, accompanied by members John Knox and Gerard Kenny, laid a wreath at the Kiama Anzac Day ceremony. The authentic Anzac Biscuits provided by the Country Women’s Association were a treat.

Last Sunday Club members turned out as marshals for the Run Shellharbour event in the
morning, then other members backed up in the afternoon to be gate ticket sellers for the Kiama Knights rugby league games at the Showground.

The Club’s next community venture is a BBQ at the Kiama Seaside markets on Sunday 15th May. Call in to our stall and help yourself to arguably the best and cheapest egg and bacon rolls in the district. All proceeds from the BBQ go directly to charities.
