Minnamurra Lions recently assisted Kiama Council and Kiama High School with the annual tree planting event to recognise National Tree Day.

Students from the school planted hundreds of trees sourced from the Council while the BBQ was prepared and cooked by the crew from Minnamurra to feed to hungry masses when the planting was complete.
