Sunday 31st July saw a dedicated group from Minnamurra Lions Club, together with members of the Minnamurra Progress Association, undertake work to revitalise the gardens at the Minnamurra Public School. The working bee was in support of the School P&C to create an improved environment in the school grounds.

Lions Australia is encouraging all clubs to engage in a garden initiative to celebrate 75 years of Lions in Australia this year. The project was part of Minnamurra Lions Club’s contribution to that initiative, and supported by a donation to assist with the purchase of new plants for the school’s sensory garden.
