Recently, the Minnamurra Lions BBQ trailer again proved its usefulness to the community. The team from the Kiama Men’s Shed used the Club’s trailer at the Black Beach Sunday Markets to raise funds to support the operations of the Shed.

November proved to be a busy market in Kiama and the Lions Club, as part of it’s charter to assist community groups where ever possible, provided the use of its trailer and all the necessary BBQ and sales equipment to the Men’s Shed to assist on the day. Riding shotgun were a number of Lions Club members who helped out throughout the day.

All reports are that a handsome profit was made on the day and this will go a long way to help the Men’s Shed in its aim of serving the local Kiama community.
